1-Brush my teeth
2-Wash face
3-wash feet if necessary
4-charge phone
5-set all five of my alarms to wake me in the morning
6-on a good night, i'll even set my clothes out for the next day.
7-sometimes i'll even clean a little before i go to bed, but that's died down since i was... 13.
8-turn off the lights.
9-sometimes i'll listen to music if i don't have to be up early.
10-sometimes i'll leave the blinds slightly open so the sun will bake my face and help me wake up if my freaking 5 alarms can't.

well first, if its a full moon, il do this.
1.start giant bonfire in my backyard.
2. take off all my clothes and dance around the fire singing a chant until the sun is about to come up.
3.i sacrifice a live chicken on a stone in my backyard as the sun comes up
4.i brush my teeth,and turn out the lights inside and go to sleep.

Every night before I go to bed I put my phone on the charger, put it on quite mode and set my alarm. If I don't set my alarm or put my phone on quite during this time I usually forget. If I do them all together I have a better chance of remembering if I have done any of them at all. Then I pick my cat up and we go to bed!

Wash my face. Brush my teeth.
Make the morning coffee.

Lay in bed and read alittle bit.
After I turn out the light, the cat comes over to lay next to me.
I give her a kiss and a few pets.
Then I go to sleep.

I really can not go to sleep unless the cat is next to me.

I'm kind of OCD about putting chapstick on my lips before I go to sleep. Other than that, it's basically just brush teeth, put lotion on dry elbows, take hair out of ponytail and hit the sack.

You pull back the covers get in and go to sleep.

bath, brush teeth (basicly the hygiene thing), then do stretch exercises, and sit-ups, then read Bible, pray, close my eyes and
fall asleep--
