do you mean company secretary with the word "CS"/
If so i advise you to think about CA (Chartered accountant)

CA or CS is better because it is recognised world wide as well as provided by single institute

depends on what u wanna take up ur job...
though being a HR person i would suggest u to opt for IT i must say even CS guys are in huge demand
