I am not the real Beckham. I am quite opposite. I am slightly overweight. I tried to exercise everyday but i feel extremely tired after the exercise session. Do I suffer from anything? My friend told me we suppose to feel fresh after exercise. But not for me, thats y i feel quite hard to maintain the exercise duties.

It will pass as your health improves. You might want to change your diet and eat more things that give you energy. Try GNC.

your tired because of the extra weight. once you start to loose it you will start feeling much better
