Giving away the dog that I had for 9 years.
I moved to a new place and brought him with me. But he could not adjust to living in the city. He had lived his whole life in a quiet beach area, and could not deal with the noise in the city.
I had to take him back to the area where we had lived, and find him a new home.
If I had known that was going to happen, I would seriously not have moved. Even though now I love living in the city.
But I would rather have kept that dog. I cried for 6 months after I gave him away.
It was a long time ago, and he's probably in doggy heaven now. But I think of him often and how I wish I would have kept him.

you shouldn't regret anything in life. everything you do makes you the person you are. regretting things would just tell people you don't like yourself. life life to the fullest with no regrets

I cant say that there is anything MAJOR that i regret. There is all those times i have walked out in public in HIDEOUS clothing that i thought was cool at the time. And all those times i have said something i thought was hilarious, and no one laughed.. But all in all im glad ive done most of the stupid things i have done, it makes me who i am.

i regret being unkind when i was young and impatient with the world. i hope those i hurt , unintentionally or not have found serenity and forgiven me my harshness.
