Being in a wooden playpen, in a yard with the sun beating down on my bald little head and mom gluing a big pink bow on my head cause I didn't have any hair yet! I think I was about 6 months old at the time. Mom doesn't remember that but grandma does and said it was true!

I was 2 years old. I went to nursery school with dad and he gave me an icicle from the roof. I entered the room with a loud "en garde!" :)
Perhaps that's not my first memory, but I can only tell about this when it happened, since it was in winter and at the nursery school.

I was about 4 or 5. My mom had made chili for supper. I loved it so I cleaned my bowl. I asked to go to the bathroom. And when I can back my bowl was full again. My dad made me eat it all. My older sister (8-9) didn't like it so she gave me hers when no one are looking. Lets just say for the record that I can't stand chili now.

Lying on my back in the sun in the back yard in late spring. I was wearing denim overalls but with no shirt underneath. I can remember the feel of the grass pricking my skin, but not wanting to move because the sun was so wonderful.

When I was 2 in the hospital with pneumonia. I remember the nurse giving me cards to play with and the doctors giving me a spinal test.
One good, one bad. Go figure.

my oldest memory is perhaps the one in which I was fighting with my friend for a pencil & noticing some kind of a golden pin in his mom's hand.
and the other is something like my mom asking my doctors as to whether she should wipe of the blood from my left foot.
