Chinese (Mandarin):
Hello - Nihao (like knee-how)
On the phone hello - Wai
(These won't make sense without tones, though. It's pretty hard to tell you what tones on the net, though. If you look them up, nihao is first and third tone, and wai is fourth tone)

Chinese (Cantonese)
Hello - Ngo ho (I may have misspelled it, but it's what it sounds like to me)

Japanese:
Good morning - ohaiyo gozaimasu
Good afternoon - kon'nichiwa
Good evening - konbanwa
Answering the phone - moshimoshi

Spanish:
Hello - hola

French:
Hello - bonjour

Italian:
Hello - ciao

German:
Good day - gutentaug

Greek:
Hello - geja'soy (I think, I may have mistranslated)

That's all me and my husband know.
