Don't know what area or state you are in so the laws vary. In Florida State Asking if someone is in law enforcement doesn't work that mean he can't arrest you but the three out side can. A officer doesn't have to ident if he isn't the one arresting. You see it all the time on cop the john just layes back the other do the work. Rules to follow: Never offer sex for money, money is always just for your time. You can give it away with no problems. Never have drugs or other illegal items on you. Most don't even charge u with pos it's the drugs and warrants. Never up sale. To up sale you have to break rule one. Have the disclaimer read out loud with new clients. Always have a person u can check in and out with at start of every session. Never hold lots of cash. two reason cops love adding charges and someone knows or thinks you have lots of money they will take it. If you want more help send me an email..

Most Escort services are legit.

What you are telling us is that your friend is a prostitute.
Then you should be worried for her as she will end up in jail.
There is no way to know ahead of time if a 'john' is a cop.

Do yourself a favor....when she calls you for bond money....
don't go. If she knows there is someone who will keep
bonding her out.....she will call you everytime.

Say 'no' the first time.

And as someone said above a cop has to tell you they are a cop
if asked.

No! They don't!!

There is no real way of finding out, the best way is to get out of it! These cops do every thing possible to get and arrest these escorts ---> it's a hard way of making a living!

The best advice I can give you to give her, is to get out of it and go back to her regular job!!

an escort service or a cat house? there is a difference, even to the cops. if the service is legal, she won't have many problems, but if not, she'll just be a high-priced prostitute, and will deserve whatever the law gives her. remember, she has to look at herself in the mirror. she will see something good, or bad. you can't live her life, so all you can do is send her your good thoughts. and you can also send her a prayer, if you're so inclined.

I was once told my someone who had a legal background in Britain that if she asks, "Are you a law enforcement official or working for law enforcement?" and recorded it on a tape recorder, the case would fail in court if the cop lied, because that is "entrapment." And if the cop sys he is, there's no point left in pursuing the matter.

If you ask them straight out if they are a cop the are required to tell you if they are. Tell me something, what makes a woman quit her regular job and sell her azz? I know times are hard but are they that hard? I am not judging. just trying to understand.

hookers are low priority for law enforcement. the odds are very low. more chance of being caught selling drugs. better have good physical protection from a pimp though.

if you ask them if they are a cop, i believe they are required to tell you the truth. at least, that's what i've seen on tv shows.
