I don't think people care about that, and it shouldn't matter. Behaviour matters. Arabs are getting washed with a large brush of prejudious because of those "sleeper cells" of religiously driven zealots. Those guys blend into society and that is scary. It's a shame that decent thinking Arabs have to carry that stigma, but how to get around that....? There are, what, 10 tribes from one Biblical person (essau?) that all became "arabs" during the crusades era ( I think, not real sure about when it happened). They lost their individual identity. It's a shame, the cradle of civilization began in the middle east. My wish would be that the crazy killers of innocents would lay down their doctrine of death and live life freely, pursue their destinies without having to kill other people and keep them down-trodden. It's a beautiful culture that is being blackened by kooks.

I'm sure some people must, but personally, I find that lineage is just a way of showing what was, and not what is. It hardly matters who one's ancestors were, just who one is. When deciding who to talk with I don't consider 'Well, the blacks used to be slaves', or 'The Christians went on crusades to kill everyone who didn't believe in their God'. People are who they are, no matter who they are descended from.

Strange question, I've never considered race and lineage in the same category. Can you qualify the question?

I for one don't care what skin color lineage they are of , but I do care if others are discriminating against them, because of it.

People only began loosing melanin sufficiently to be classified as white only about 3000 years ago. The parents and fore-parents of Arabs have been around since the days when only black and brown people existed on earth. What is the connection between one's pigmentation and ethnicity? There are black people who have lost their melanin and unless they tell you, you would not know they are African. There are Indians and Chinese that are melanin-rich--Esther 1;1.
Remember this: racial prejudice began against Hebrews who were mainly black--Amos 9:7 - Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt?

If you read the notations of the Egyptian Pharaohs, the chronicles of Herodotus, and the documents of the Roman Caesars--many of the Roman generals were black (Julius Africanus etc.) "Black phobia" is a spiritual fear--a Satanically-bred disease because of Satan's inherent fear of the Tribe of Judah and their generations --the blackest of the ancient Hebrews--because of the anointing of invincibility as long as they are faithful to God. Read 2nd Samuel 23. So as soon as he traps seed of Judah in transgression where their spiritual shields are broken, he curses them with death, poverty and "spiritually-induced" incurable sickness--Deuteronomy 27 and 28.

Does it really matter? We're all people and we are where we're going, not where we came from. Arabs included.
