Where can I go to find authentic information about the Romani (gypsies)? Seriously?

I don't want sites that show how to look like a gypsy, or gypsy fanclubs. I want true gypsy sites where I can connect with gypsy organizations and possibly find my Spanish Gypsy roots, etc.

I don't know much about this subject. But Romania has a lot of Gypsies. I heard that the University of Bucharest in that country has a proper degree course in their language and culture. Google them.
