STREAMING VIDEO????
Does this just mean You can Record a Video (film it)
cause i want a phone that takes photos and records! so what does it mean

Streaming video is for viewing. There are different ways to get video from online. One way is to download the video (save it.) Then watch it. The other way is to watch it as you are downloading it. That is what streaming is.
If the phone/service says it comes with streaming video, that is only describing your viewing. It says nothing about the capabilities to capture/record video.

Streaming video function on the phone doesn't mean you can record video, it just means you can watch video clips from the internet.

Streaming video means that you can watch videos on your phone from the internet, they play on your phone and you see them directly from the net, so it 'streams' on.....i hope that makes sense! Doesn't necessarily mean you can record on it but there should be something in there that says whether you can or not
