Both Hicks n Mcphee are great talents,
Both had humble n lovable personality,
Mcphee's beauty and the fact that she was comfortable and alright where she was( even if she didn't win the title) probably tipped the balance on Hicks favour.

Nope. Katherine McPhee should have. Her voice has different vocal ranges and she can hit the high pitch or note. with ease.
Taylor got it for his dancingand popularity and being the underdog. That's what happened when Simon's premature
conclusion backfired.

Yes, he should have won because he was the best all around entertainer. She had a beautiful voice too and she will get a record deal I am sure.

No way - out of the final two, Katherine should have won.
However, if you ask me, I still think Chris was the best and should have been the winner!

No matter what I think he end up replacing Engelbert Humperdink, Tony Curtis, or Wayne Newton in the end as a Vegas entertainer. (Let's wait and see if I'm right)

Taylor had more experience and more stage presence. I think the right person won.
