Good Night, and Good Luck
It contrasts the would-be, demagogic leadership of Joseph McCarthy, the genuine public leadership of Edward R. Murrow, and the behind-the-scenes corporate management at CBS.
And it's a great film to analyze for camera angles, quick cuts, "leaping and lingering," light and sound, foreground and background--not to mention acting and script-writing
And there is the interplay of two relevant sociopolitical milieus: the historical era and its current context.
Great for analysis as a movie AND on the topic of leadership.

Twelve Angry Men. It is about twelve jurors who have to decide the guilt or innocence of a man. And the interaction among them, brings out a lot of the qualities of leadership, how they develop, how they are opposed, as these men sweat out this verdict. See the old black and white version. It's great.
