There are charities that are 100% that goes to the chaiity
you are giving to. There are some like Veterna charities that do not give the 100%. Those you can check out on the web. A story was done by 20/20 on charities
last year.

A percentage is kept for overhead (salaries, advertising, transportation, etc) but most money does, maybe 80% - 90%. These figures are just my guess. The organizations have public records of these percentages. Theres also websites that monitor most of these charities.

i'd say yes
i think most of them are volunteers, and if some of them are paid they are paid by the organization that wanted to help
but some money may get lost along the way

could be a trick so the "Chariters" them SELVES get the free money instead
no one keeps tabs on where the money goes
