Action, horror and comedy. Those are three genres I'm working on but, my brain is dead and ran out of ideas...

Read the Classics. For example, the original Western Novels about Cowboys were actually redos of Greek Tales. The patriarch of the Western Novel was actually a UC Berkeley Classics Professor.

I think imagination is the key. for action, horror, and comedy, you may wanna imagine a hunky guy trapped and enslaved by glow-purple gremlins in an icy arctic circle with no where to go thats cursed with an ancient spirit of the land... or so on. This is just a funny yet suspenseful with action idea I came up with. I mean, your brain can't be completely dead! watch a lil TV.. read something!

well i am writing screenplays too....im not going to tell you my ideas since you did not ask that and other things.I am currently writing 13 in horror,drama,romance (comedy),comedy and more.I get my ideas from songs, sometime what happens in tv shows and personal experiences with more meaning and stuff.Now answer this question to me...did any of your stuff work out for you?
