If you look for information, Google is better, but Yahoo has a better multimedia search engine.

I dont know why always, guys love to comparision among softwares, search engines etc...., Which I avoid and hate, Yes how you can compare Apple with Mango and Sun with Moon or Earth with Saturn or else.
In term of usage and feel everyone has their expeirence, rather asking for comparision if we ask for personal experience that I personally feel will be the better way to get the best and relaible answer.
As I am using Yahoo, MSN, Google, Askjeeves, etc for a long time, and using the search engines related to my search and contents.
Google anyway is the fast and best as all we rate, but do anybody know, even Google never find the whole and entire Web, again www.webcracler.com is a search engine who goes beyond, Google, MSN or Yahoo goes.
But not always you will find even this better. As I told earlier you can't compare "Shark Fish" with "Gold Fish" or He-man with Super-man.

people use to say that Google is the most complete one, I generally use the Yahoo searcher.

the best is to use them all but if you have to choose one then google. you have also other than google and yahoo: altavista, ask,bigmamma and answers and other more.

GOOGLE most definitely. I use Altavista for searching mp3s/audio/video etc.
