You need a PAP smear. See a doctor and have it done right away.

yes! I suggest that you go to a gynecologist & discuss this issue right away, Yet if you are on birth control this some times happen also on some medications this is also a side effect but I'm sure if this was the case your doctor would have told you to expect this spotting. Yes you should be concerned .This could be a sign of so please GO RIGHT AWAY!!

no. not yet. that doesn't happen to me but a week before my period i experience cramps.
but i suggest that you visit your doctor just to be sure.
you can't be too sure because it is health we are talking about
