OK THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTION PEOPLE HAVE OF ME IS THAT I'M A TOTAL AIRHEAD. I DO MESS UP ON THINGS AND DO HEAR THINGS WRONG SOMETIMES BUT DON'T WE ALL. AFTER ALL WE ARE JUST HUMAN IF WE WERE ALL PERFECT AND DID EVERYTHING WITHOUT FLAW WHAT KINDA WORLD WOULD THIS BE? ILL TELL YOU A PRETTY BORING ONE THAT'S FOR SURE. SO NO I'M NOT AN AIRHEAD I'M ONLY HUMAN AND I DO ACT STUPID SOMETIMES JUST TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE FEEL BETTER THAT THEY KNEW THE ANSWER AND I DIDN'T. I DON'T LIKE TO FEEL LIKE A KNOW IT ALL ALL THE TI'ME SO I KINDA PUT MY SELF DOWN AND LET PEOPLE THINK I'M STUPID BUT I KNOW IM NOT.

I'm only 5 foot, 95 lbs. At work most people don't think I can lift much and should have a difficult time picking up a 50 lb box of potatoes (I work in a kitchen). This however is not true I can usually find a way to lift anything. I play this misconception to my advantage sometimes. It gets me out of taking the trash out!

Have you ever seen Legally Blonde 2? Where Reese Witherspoon's character Elle is an attorney but they keep sending her to the intern area because of the way she looks? It's funny in that movie, but annoying when you have to experience it in real life. Even though I'm studying veterinary medicine, I get that all the time--People just assume by certain physical characteristics that you should be doing certain things and the comments I get are pretty incredible. If you are female, have blonde hair and/or your bra size is over a B, it seems you have to prove your worth more about being in certain fields!

People always assume that I speak Spanish, this goes for those who don't speak it, and those who speak only Spanish. I look Mexican, though I'm a mix of a lot of races... culturally I'm pretty much white. Nobody in my family speaks spanish.
I don't know which is more frustrating, being talked down to in broken, slow English by white people who think I speak only Spanish....
Or being looked at with disgrace by native Spanish speakers who think I'm just pretending not to speak Spanish so as to appear more white.

That I have no courage or sense of commitment.
I enjoy that misconception and encourage it. A commitment to honor is a dangerous thing unless concealed.
