If you mean heart palpitations, it could be the beginning of a heart problem. Your friend should see a doctor. He/she (?) might need to get on medication.

I would bet it's his heart. This can be very serious; it's a warning sign for something larger. See a doctor, pronto, seriously!!

get a cardiac consultation... there isnt sufficient info in Q to arrive at any conclusion.. ECG/EKG testing shud b done every yr to know any underlying prob..
