If you have a professional remove your calluses great. But if you wish to do this at home, I suggest you purchase a callus remover (NOT one with the blade). Purchase a callus remover that is "Porcelain." They are great. I have one, and it will leave you feet soft and remove any rough little gremlins from your feet. Okay, after you have removed the calluses, then you need to soak your feet in warm sudsy water for about 10 minutes. Once finished, warm some olive oil, or grapeseed oil (this is what I use) and slather on your feet. Quickly cover your feet in plastic saran wrap and let the oils sink in for about 15 minutes. When finished, rinse off feet, and leave slightly wet. Apply a generous layer of vaseline to your feet, and put on the heaviest pair of socks you own. If you will be walking around your house after doing this, make sure your socks have rubbery bottoms so you wont slip. This should leave your feet really soft.

I have the same problem because I wear sandals a lot.
The BEST thing you can do is get a file for your feet. It looks kind of like a parmesan cheese grater and may seem like it hurts, but it really doesn't. I file the edges of my feet every morning when I take a shower and afterwards scrub it really well. Then, after you get out of the shower, put some good quality lotion on your feet and let the lotion soak in and dry. Then, you're ready to go and you'll have smooth, silky feet again!

okay...first you need to soak them in some warm water. put some olive oil, bath salts, teatree oil..anything that you have laying around the house that will soften the water. once you have soaked them for about 20mins take a pumice stone and buff away the dead skin...especially on your heels! next take a foot scrub and use that on your feet when they are dry. this has a polishing effect and will help to smooth the rough edges. once you have rinsed that off...I like to take a nail brush with some soap on it and give my feet and toes and toenails a good scrub to remove all the dirt and leftover foot scrub. next take some foot moisturiser and rub it in really well, again concentrating on the rough areas the most. if you want...instead of the moisture you can get vaseline or even better, mud for your face and put it all over your feet and then wrap them in plastic wrap and put on some socks. this will have your feet feeling much softer. to maintain your feet i suggest that you scrub them every night in the shower with a stiff nail brush, pumice your heels and apply foot lotion at night before you go to bed.

Pumice stones suck (for me at least). Do the soaking thing someone else recommended above, then use that rough filing thing... it's like a nail file but a big one just for feet. Buy thick cream instead of lotion and at night, put the cream on with some socks and sleep with that to lock in the moisture overnight.

You can take a shower nad after your shower you can put a foot scrub on them and rub a pumice stone over them. Then put a heavy cream on them like vasiline or something. Then put srarn wrap around your feet and cover them in socks. When you are doing this part make sure that you are going to bed and will not be walking becuase it will be hard. In the morning I PROMISE that yoru feet will feel 1000% softer!

Soak in hot water for about 15mins, then use a pumic stone or lava rock to "sand" all the rough skin off. Do NOT use those foot razors as they are extremly dangerous in the wrong hands!!! If you can afford it, get a pedicure twice a month.

I bought a pumice stone and I scrub my feet with it every time I bathe. Then I put lotion on them. Make sure it's a lotion that has vaseline in it or a cream that is dedicated to dry and cracked feet.

Use a pumice stone (you can buy one in a drug store). It removes the dry skin. Use the pumise stone every day and follow up with moisturizer. It might help if you put a little cornstarch into your shoes and sandles if you are wearing them without hose during the summer.

Cover them in Vaseline and then put socks on. Go to bed like that. They'll be really soft in the morning. If you have heavy callouses, go get a professional pedicure first.
