Actually Saddam has a valid argument... that he is the elected president of Iraq. He was a tyrant but because there were no WMDs, this means he was obeying the UN sanctions. This gives his argument validity.

Sadam is criminal who should have been tried at the Hege.
Bush has over reached his constitutional powers.
this suggestion that making sure the system of checks and balances in America is preserved is somehow a benefit to the dictator Sadam is preposterous.
