Last I heard we still had freedom of speech and expression. However, with this administration, who knows how long that will even last.

I think you mean hanged.
Anyway... Certainly not! Everyone has the right to express their opinion, and the idea that we are "in a time of war" is a slightly debate-able one - if it is a war no one seriously wants to be involved in, and has been largely media-manufactured, surely it is not a REAL war?
Further, should all those who protested so passionately against the Vietnam war be hanged for treason too? In retrospect, despite the fact that the government of the time felt the war to be legitimate, the reasons why it went on were never really enough to support going to war. Now that the "enemy" is Islam, rather than the communists, we're all at it again, only this time most people are too ill informed, or trusting, or afraid of an interest rate rise to get out there and protest.
I am glad there is someone out there who realises that all this loss of life is meaningless, even if he can be a little miss-led about the situation at times. Sometimes you have to present a severe left perspective, just so people can settle in the middle ground.

Oh I am sure somewhere in the White House this has been discussed. Personally I thought all convicted of treason were hung or shot by a firing squad. We will learn his fate in time. Possible life in prison I would guess..

Why do Conservatives want to take away our freedom of speech so bad? Do you guys hate our freedom that much? What does war have to do about it, people still have freedom of speech war or no war. I find You people amazing, Its OK for you to spend 8 years bashing Clinton for everything, But No one better dare say anything bad about Bush, and when they do you people think its treason, All Conservatives are hypocrites.

if you can hang someone for being an ugly fat moron then yes hang Mr. Moore. As for the editors of the New Dork Times I would send them to Iran wearing t-shirts that said "diaper heads suck"

Clearly, you do not seem to understand that THIS IS NOT NAZI GERMANY. If we get to the point where people (even obnoxious pundits like Micheal Moore and Ann Coulter) cannot express their opinions, it will be a dark day indeed.
Get your head out of your a** and look around. Nothing is ever as black and white as you think it is.

Michael Moore is a scumbag, but I don't think he is a traitor. The editor of the NYT IS a traitor, as far as I am concerned.

Last time I looked this was supposed to be an open society and a democratic country with a Bill of Rights.
"The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without."

Yes... he made Bush seem like an idiot when really he's part of large calculating group of elite individuals. (NORAD stood down, he never mention that did he, hmmm.... where's your faith in America now?)
Yes... he should be allowed to say what he wants anytime, anywhere(within reason of course)
I don't read the New York Times, but I'd think they should be allowed to say and print what they want.(again within reason)

Yeah, he should be hung. I mean, he's obviously violating that part of the Constitution where it says that you're not allowed to criticize the President in this country, right?
