Best lipcolor for someone with pale skin, red cheeks and dark brown hair and eyes.?

I never seem to find a lipcolor that looks just right!

You can also recommend shades and brands, please!

If you have red cheeks, than you probably have a rosy-toned skin. In that case opt for cooler shades of pink (without any yellow, brown or gold in it). If you want to wear red lipstick, choose a blue red shade, instead of an orangy shade. Stay away from brick and terracotta tones! If you have yellow toned skin, do exactly the inverse.
A good colour for a lot of skin tones, regardless of hair or eye colour is Clinique's Colour Surge Butter Shine in Delovely. A lovely natural shade that is exactly the colour of your lips after you bit them: a good tip for choosing lipstick colours!

i have pale skin, dark hair, red cheeks and green eyes, so i'm kind of in the same boat! most sheer colors, peach especially, would look amazing, but if you're looking for something more dramatic, go for a deep plum or red. hope all goes well!

Guessing you are a "winter" in color seasons, meaning you have a cool tones complexion with blue undertones. You would need to avoid anything with an orange tint and stick with cool pinks and reds. Red might be a good bet but make sure it is a true, cool toned red.

a cheap brand would be wet&wild and they sell lip color for $2. You can find them at CVS or Walmart or KMart
