I was wondering what the force was a person uses when that person moves themselves back and forth on a swing set. Like when they kick their feet back and forth, is that like, intertia or something? or.. what is it?

It is Inertia, Kinetic, Momentum, and the other one that builds before becoming Kinetic energy.... I've been out of school so long I forgot. ;___; It's also part Gravity.

I am not positive but why not Kinetic Energy used to create Centrifugal Force?
