Maybe you are cold natured or live in a warmer climate? People's body temperature adjusts to the climate it is in. I can get cold in 80 degree weather and sometimes only be "warm" when the temperature is in the 90s.

I leave it on 75° during the day while I'm at work. I usually turn it down to 70° a few hours before I go to bed.
