The natural resources existing on the world will not decrease but it may transform. That means, nothing is going waste out of the world. It is just transformed into non-usable form. There are artificial or natural technologies to convert them into usable form. They are recycling or reusing. The natural resources are just like energy. They cannot either be created nor be destroyed. But one type of natural resource can be transformed into another. In general nothing wasted. Waste is the human concept. But scientifically, Waste is defined as misplaced resources. ie., wastes is a resource, whose utility is not realised where it is existing. We have to adjust ourselves at our level best to utilise them for our benefit, in eco-friendly way.

The instant resource now we are getting is the solar energy. Even the energy required for the mankind also from the solar energy through the photosynthesis process of plants.

Assuming you are referring to humanity and how long Earths resources can sustain it, the question is one which has no straight answer. Broadly speaking, there are two types of resources: renewable and non-renewable (in the long term all resources can be recreated, so even this is not exact).

What we do witness is a continual advancement of technology, therefore it is impossible to say how long, given that there is a continual evolution and shift to new, as yet unused resources. You could calculate all known resources on Earth and assume a rate of useage for all of them combined, but it would be unrealistic.

So, the best answer I could give is; Earth can sustain us for the forseeable future, and perhaps beyond the existance of humanity when considering our continued advancement in technology. However should we outlive Earth, hopefully, technology will have permitted us to engage in the terraforming of our neighbouring planets. (If you like this concept you should read books written by Isaac Asimov.)

The earth can sustain itself with or without the supply of natural resources. People will either die or learn to live without these resources but the earth doesn't care which will happen.

I'd say about 42 days or perhaps I mean 42 years. The "powers that be" have been lying to us all along. Not only will we run out of natural resources, we will not see a hint of winter due to global warming. Happy opposite Ice Age.

Peace.

I think in exactly 1 year a bad explosion will make sure that nobody has any resources left.
