If i want to play movie clips on my RAZR V3i which format should i convert them to?

My movie clippings are orginaly in .DAT format which i am unable to play in my V3i

well i dont know about razr but 60% of mobiles use format .3gpp or mp4. .3gpp is better becouse it takes less memory! if you need .3gpp converter use quick time or 3gpp converter that can be found at www.download or http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
