It really depends on if he can post bail. If he has a good lawyer and bondsman, then he could be out of jail in the next few days (or sooner)...

If charges are pressed against him and he is found guilty, he could get jail time -- the amount depending on the details of the crime.

Altho i've got self assurance you could love better than one man or woman, that still ability you could desire to make a determination that none human beings could make for you. somebody that does some thing dumb that they understand they shouldn't do exhibits undesirable judgement, how do you experience that ought to impression you? Him? Your dating? down the line? Do you notice a secure destiny with him? Or is he the type of guy that does issues with out questioning or pondering the implications? what's the different guy like and how is he extra useful or worse. i does not recommend rebounding tho from one guy to the different, i could take a little time on my own to sort by way of your emotions. battling between 2 of a few thing many times ability you're transforming into dependant on having it on your existence. hit upon your independence in being a woman, if guy #2 (non-jailed guy) needs and loves you, he will provide you the time and area you like. wish this facilitates.

Well if he hasn't gone on trial yet he will be out soon if he can pay his bail. If he is found guilty it depends on your state, how old he is, and if he has a criminal record, but usually b& e isn't that serious of an offense.

You aren't going to care, because you are going to move on and find someone much better! Don't have any further contact with him, he's a loser!

It depends on the law in whatever state you are in, and also on his prior record. If he did it at night or if someone was home, he is really screwed.
