OK, sounds like you've got a virius- take it to the shop and have them do the repairs.

Seems like your computer is infected by a virus. Do you have a an anti virus software. If yes it seems its not capable of removing it. Well as you cannot surf Internet much you cannot download soft wares that will help you. Well if not on your computer try on your friends computer. UnInstall any anti virus that you currently have. Go to your friends place and google for "bit defender 9 standard" Download the trialware. Burn the exe file on a CD and get it to your computer. Install the software. Connect to the Internet and update the software. After the update is done, disconnect from the Internet, run a full scan. After the scan is done and any viruses are removed restart the computer and run a scan again just to confirm if everything is alright. Then connect to the Internet and google for softwares like "spybot", "adaware". Download these anti spyware softwares (freewares) on your computer and update them before you run a scan.
I am sure that should help you in taking care of the problem.

Dont use Internet Explorer ever again. Firefox is free and much much more secure. Get a virus checker (like AVG) and a spyware cleaner (like Ad-Aware). Clean the system using these programs and stick with Firefox from now on.

(if your pc is windows service pack 2 , please go to control panel and turn on your firewall,then restart, then your pc will not restart anymore.) anyway, if not, just download the firewall software.
for more secure way, i suggest you go looking for someone that expert in remove such kind of theft.

Mine is doing that too--it's caused by a corrupt video driver. Just reinstall the driver from your disk, or if you don't have it, go to the computer manufacturer's website and download it.

I think it is a software error or virus corruption, the best way to solve the problem reinstall your operating system.

it means your virus protection is working... it does that because a virus can't get into a turned off computer

mine does that to once in a while. it says some devise driver has caused an error, i dont' know how to fix it, but just letting you know, you are not alone.
