Personaly, I do not cuss and I asked what the words mean and the words do NOT mean what people use them for. I really just don't get the point!!!!

Cussing is a way to emphasize feeling. Since the words are typically taboo, by using them people feel that they are conveying a deeper sense of how they feel when "regular" words seem inadequate. Some would say that the use of cuss words shows a lack of education or vocabulary to adequately describe what they want. However, even the educated with huge vocabularies will, on occasion, use cuss words to express particularly "strong" feelings.
Then again, in some peer groups, cussing is merely the way they communicate. But the use is still derived from a need to emphasize the speaker's feelings.
Also, there are youth that wish to rebel or feel more important and believe that cussing will earn them the respect of their peers or make others believe that they are more mature than they are because they are so free with cussing.

People cuss cause it makes them feel like they are grown up but its just means that they're vulgar.
