Cow, because most cows(full grown) weigh anywhere from 2000 pounds to 2500 pounds. It also depends if you have a beefmaster a brangus a angus or a brahma...so the breeds are different but for the most partthey are around the same weight in the cow breeds. Horses on the other hand, they can range from 400-2500 pounds, the smallest being a miniature and the largest a Draft breed. But it really does depend on what two you are comparing. Like a brahma and a Large draft breed would be close to the same weight, but if you had an Arabian (800-1000) it would definately be the Cow winning. :) Hope this helped! ~Victoria!~

hi ya tha answer is a cow/Bull. But it all depends on the breed. For example in scotland Angus cows are about 2800 lbs (a bit more i think) they are bred for their meat (this is the heaviest cow) a horse (Shire horse) these are the heaviest as they used to work down the mines pulling carts. There are other breed of cows and horses that comes close to each other in doubt research. Sorry must a few zereos

Depends on the type of horse and the type of cow.

Thoroughbred horses weigh around 1000 pounds; Clydesdales are closer to 2000; Percherons average around 2000 but can get up to 2600.

Holstein cows are around 1400 lbs, bulls can top 2000. Brahman cows run around 1200 lbs, bulls up to 2200. Charolais cows can top 2000 lbs while bulls can be over 2500 lbs.

That depends on the age and breed. Some horses are small others are large like work horses. Same with cattle. Some cattle are small and some are large. If I was going to say overall which was heavier, I would say cattle due to their bone structure and muscling. Cattle are more bred for meat and work rather than running or pulling like horses and therefore I would think cattle overall would be a little bigger.

Cow is heavier.
Horses are generally very slender in comparison to the cow.
Cows can average bet 1500 - 2000 lbs

It depends on the particular breed of horse or cow but horses are normally smaller.
Those massive draft horses are as big as steers, though.

"some bulls weigh as much as 2,000 lbs and draft horses can weigh as much as 2500 lbs. It depends on what breed of bovine and equine that you are comparing."

I completly agree with that statement a person said on their answer.

Some of the petite cows on the land next to us weights less than our horses who are between 950-1,500.

Just as the person said above. Depends on a lot of things based off the Equine and the cow: dairy/bull etc.
