hey,
i have aneamia, and i find myself tired alot, especially when i used to do sports at school and stuff, Anemia is a condition that occurs when your body does not have enough red blood cells. Red blood cells are important because they contain hemoglobin, which carries oxygen from the lungs to tissues and cells. When there are not enough red blood cells, the body does not have enough hemoglobin to carry oxygen throughout the body thus leaving you tired
also check your eyes... the inner eyelids (bottom ones) they should be really red in colour but often in aneamics they are pale coloured. Anemia can be caused by various problems, such as sudden red blood cell destruction, Anemia caused by vitamin B-12 deficiency, Anemia caused by iron deficiency plus many more things.

i think you should take a trip to your doctors tell him about your symptoms and request a blood sample, they can check you're blood for any abnormalities and if be there anything wrong they can correct it, my aneamia was caused by iron deficency and chronic red blood cell destruction i got it treated with some iron tablets.

it also might not even be aneamia so i still reckon getting a blood test done is a good idea, then they can also check for any other abnormalities and discover what may be causing this.

Those are symptoms of anemia and a few other things. It could be blood sugar or hypothyroidism. Go to the doctor and get it checked out. Are you in the heavy part of your period? Are there any other reasons you could be anemic? If the answer to both of these questions is no. I suggest you see a doctor.

Low blood sugar as DG and Blue Ice say, but low iron could also be a cause. Do you bruse easily? Like if you were walking past and a friend reached out and grabbed your arm to they could stop and talk, does it leave bruses. Get yourself to a Doctor

Your crimson blood cells include a substance referred to as Hemoglobin (which comes from the phrase "Heme" which means iron). Hemaglobin is made from iron, as a consequence your crimson blood cells are specifically made from iron.

You should be checked for low blood sugar.
It can cause feelings of weakness, fatigue, and near fainting spells.
