Lawyer told me I can not do it in Small Claims Court. Is this true? I want to learn if Vet's clinic has been sued for negligence for their extremely small, generally crowded waiting room with bad placement of chairs in relation to the exiting of dogs from examinining rooms.(my dog was mauled by another dog).I also want to learn if the dog who attacked my dog had a prior history.
