On Tools menu choose "Internet Options"
Click "Settings"
Click "View Files"
The files with the "swf" extension will be flash.

The Flash files are save on your cach.
in internet explorer the cach is " temporary Internet FIles" in your master drice (C)
in Opera & FireFOX its a folder named "Cach" where you install the browser.
also you can use some programs like: "Sothink SWF Catcher"
from Sothink Company.
