Very possible. A lot of 3rd party games aren't produced anymore. Others- such as Final Fantasy X- are in low quantity because of the sheer amount of buyers. Until the Ps3 comes out, though, don't expect the more popular games, like the Greatest Hits collection, to stop being made.

it is possible but the ps2 is still being sold and i think they will no longer be sold or made in about a year

It's certainly possible that it is out of print, but I find you can get pretty much any game imaginable on ebay or amazon...even the out of print ones.

it is possible however i don't think they'll stop making them for about another two years until the ps3 takes off.
