had a bad fall a while ago which involved my head banging onto concrete. dont really know if I got a concussion or mild or none at all cause all the doctor did was put in stiches and nothing furthur (some doctor) but now i'm feeling like pressure on my head all the time. it doesnt hurt but havent gone around to asking doctor and was wondering if any of you can help me?

you should insist on a cat scan to ensure there were no damages from the head injury. if your physician does not seem concerned, you should find a new one.
better to be safe than sorry ...

If this has been going on for some time I would goto the closest emergency room NOW. Even if not gonge on for a length of time go, please go NOW!!!!, is you vision blurry? if so call 911, you could have a life threatening rupture of a small artery or vein in your brain and it is slowly filling with blood.
