One of my favorite ones is from "Pranksta Rap" of Season 16. Homer's chasing the dog around for some reason, maybe because the dog took his...donut (or something), and he gets stuck in the doggie door.

Homer: Oh...why must I be so voluptuous??

Another good one from "Blood Feud" from the last episode of the 2nd season. Homer wrote a mean letter to Mr. Burns, because Mr. Burns didn't lavish him with wealth and riches after Bart donated blood to him. Homer never meant to send it, but Bart does a "favor" for his ol' dad and tosses it in the mailbox. Homer goes to the post office to try and get it back.

Homer: (in a "sophisticated" accent) Hello, my name is Mr. Burns. I believe you have a letter for me.
Post Office Employee: Okay, Mr. Burns; what's your first name?
Homer: (still in sophisticated accent) ....I don't know.

i used to watch the simpsons alot as a kid and i find myself quoting it alot (though i couldnt tell you what episodes alot of the quotes come from)...

but here are a few that i remember...

bart as a big fat man: i wash myself with a rag on a stick
homer: stupider like a fox!!
lisa: father, youve made me the happiest girl thats ever lived!
ralph: me fail english? thats unpossible!

and my favorite...a simpsons parody on the commentary done during soccer games (soccer is my favorite sport by the way)...
