yes you can truly be happy. It is a mental state. It may not last long but there is such a thing as being truly happy. The solution is to make it "last" longer. Not with drugs or illegal means either. What makes you happy do it over and over also think on the happy things.

Yes. It's simply a matter of accepting and being content with what you have right now at this moment. That doesn't mean you can't aspire for more, but you must be truly happy and content with the present moment.

I think that everyone can be truly happy, but no one can avoid true pain either. after all, if there was no such thing as sadness and fear and anger, then no one would know what happiness feels like.

the trick is to learn to deal with the **** so happiness is that much better when it comes.

Yes, anyone can be truly happy. If you make it a point to have that state of mind. Focus on achieving and doing things that make you happy - but be mindful of others and don't do things that would hurt them in your pursuit of happiness.
