Actually no it isnt.

You should have said caplitalism not democracy/republic.

You are comparing apples with oranges.

Yes besides the fascism part, for fascism it would hit the owner over the head with a club and steal it, then when the owner asks say that it has always been their cow and they are making things up... Fascism has no power without people... ex. The current USA regime.

Yes, except it should have been CAPITALISM instead of DEMOCRACY/REPUBLic and TRUE communism (not that crap that Russia pulled) would be:

Gov owns the cow and shares all equally.

Except for the first it should read Raise cow, milk it, sell milk, and buy a bull so you can have more cows.
