Check out these site. Daily update of sunrise and sunset time.
Just click on the part of the earth and go to the bottom of the page. You'll get the sunrise and sunset time of all the cities in that area.

usually if you go on www.weather.com which is the official website of the weather channel and you look up your local forecast. it will tell you the sunrise and sunset times for your area.
