I hate to say it but you should not even try.Honestly my boyfriend is not big either and it is all in how he moves when we are together.I am 5'8 and he is 5'3 and that is a big height difference. But he is confident in himself -which sounds like you haven't found that yet. Read up on techniques and don't be afraid to experiment moving differently when you are intimate with your partner.Cause really (from a girls point of view) it's not the size but the whole package that will make you great.

tie a rope/string in the crease between the head and the shaft of your penis and tie the other end of the rope/string to a horse carriage. when the horse starts walking or running in the opposite direction you are standing, your penis will extend in length... possibly it'll give you another 3 inches (before pulling it out all together) so you will be average sized.

whup up im a gurl n i know for a fact that it does grow when you jack off.my best friend used to be bout 7inches and in just a year he is 10inches. i kid you not!!!!doing that about once or twice a day makes it grow because its a muscle and jacking it is a way of excercising that muscle.just like when you lift weights your arms get bigger because youre working out those muscles.im tellin you dog if you do that you WILL see results.

Sorry dude, there is no safe way. You will have to come to terms with your perfectly fine and useful penis size and find someone who loves you so much that they really could care less.
