Treat yourself like you would if you were a friend who needed cheering up. Count your blessings, know that life has ups and downs and that things always get better. Know that you are special and unique just being yourself. A piece of the cosmic puzzle, alone you might seem like not so much, but put together with all the other special and unique pieces (although different), the whole picture emerges.
