Why?

Hell, I'm pretty sure they hired a cop or two just to follow me around and check on what I was doing back in my late teen years... I used to spend more time sitting on the side of the road watching a cop go through my car, than I did actually driving.

But they never found anything. Why? BECAUSE I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG! They still haven't figured that out yet. I still get these "I'm gonna catch you when I figure out what you're up to" looks from them on the rare occasions that I run into some of the old timers. But I always made a good 'designated decoy' for my friends to get away, when they were drunk or high.

I live near the city of Albert Lea Minnesota which is situated right at the intersection of two major interstate highways. This city thrives on their law enforcement. If you live in the area, you more than likely have been pulled over at least once. Its like a prerequisite to living here. They have pretty much eradicated all after hours entertainment and the newspaper usually has a list of offenders a mile long. Be careful when passing by!

Yes once! For speeding!

I could have gotten out of the ticket to if I hadn't had such a smart mouth and been in a bad mood that day. (The cop even told me this)

The highway patrol stopped me, doing 55 in a 45. He asked me a stupid question, (that I could not pass up answering with a smartass answer. hence the reason I got the ticket.) He asked , "do you know how fast you were going?" To which I couldn't resist replying, "Obviously faster then I was suppose to be, otherwise we would not be having this discussion now would we?"

Needless to say I go the ticket, but with his parting shot the cop said, "had you not had such a smart mouth, I would have let you off with a warning since you'd never had a ticket befor in your life."

A few times. Two speeding, one light violation, all were dropped. I got pulled over once for a police officer to tell me that I was driving well in snow. I was 17 and just wanted to get off the very cold, wet roads. I was a little angry.

Yep, I was pulled over by a Sargent and a young constable. My rear light had blown and I hadn't noticed, the young one asked what I had in the boot of my car I think he was trying to impress his superior. I got a fit of the giggles even the Sargent had a smile on his face when the constable asked me to open the boot up, I did and showed him an engine I was driving a Hillman Imp at the time. His face was a picture, needless to say that I was let off. The guy couldn't get back to his car quick enough.

yes many times. I love to drive fast. In the last 10 yrs only one ticket tho. Not bad for 15 times being pulled over. It's good to be a pretty woman.

was racing a mustang, neon srt-4, and a honda civic, we all got pulled over for racing. wasn't arrested but was givien a ton of tickets i got

speeding
exebition of speed (140 mph)
wreckless driving
not yielding to a police vehicle
vehicle was to low to the ground (i have a lowered truck)
noise pollution (open headers)
blue headlights
blue high beams
blue turning signal lights
blue corner lights
blue driving lights
non-stock rear lights (i have caddy taillights)
non smog approved intake
no rear bumper (i have a rollpan)
white light emitting from license plate light

i think that was it
i had most of them droped but i had my license suspended for 9 months, 40 hours of community service, and 2000 in fines.

i was the lucky one the guy in the neon had like 48 tickets.
was the only time i wish i would of been arrested, would of been cheaper.

now the cops that know my truck, just wave and laugh at me. kindof funny cus now the ask me what new things i'm doing to my truck

I got pulled over for sticking my foot outside the window while driving down the street. The cop was about to let me go and then he read the bumber sticker on my brothers car (the one I was driving). The sticker says: Meter-maids eat their young!

As the cop was leaving, he said that his wife was a meter maid and told me to look at the back of my car when I get home. So when I finally got to see the back of my car I realized why I got a ticket for reckless driving instead of a warning (total Bull S H I T).

Well, of course! Quite a few times actually.

I've been pulled over numerous times for past due inspection... this was before I bought a new car.

I've been pulled over for speeding.

I've been pulled over for not having a license plate attached to the front of the vehicle.

I've been pulled over for just looking good! LOL
