Heck yeah...I think anything that makes you smell that bad should be illegal.

I live in an apartment building where other ******* smoke and I had to buy air purifiers to get rid of the smell and poisonous fumes. Are the tobacco companies going to reimburse me for the cost of those air purifiers? So whose rights are you talking about. I think smoking should be banned inside of apartment buildings.

what do yu mean your rights for smoking? you need to rephrase. do you mean you are losing your right to smoke? well yuu can still smoke in your own home even if you have small kids that have to breath in yur air. i still have to walk past you on the sidewalk even if i risk burning myself or have asthma.
what rights are you referring to. the rights of the woman inontario who died from breathing in second hand smoke from working in a restaurant all her life? and dont say she had a choice about where she worked. you have a choice about where you smoke. outside or in your car or home.

no...because as a non smoker who chooses not to kill myself because of all the damage cigarettes and cigars do it isn't right for those who choose to kill themselves to put my health in jeopardy. second hand smoke is more toxic than what you are inhaling. in generally speaking i have yet to meet anyone in a public place that isn't rude about smoking such as blowing it in your face/direction or not being careful and burning you as they walk thru a crowd.

I think car exhaust does more harm than a smoker's second hand smoke.
