Manga vs Anime
It varies between anime/manga.

For anime such as One piece / Prince of Tennis / Rurouni Kenshin etc.

1) Manga generally failed to show some juicier part of the story such as the fight/competition. It's hard to notice "speed" and some "special movement" from the manga itself.

2) Saved us from reading pages or volumes of fighting/competition scene when it can actually be compiled into 1-2 single episode.

3) Some of the sound actor/actress and music really helps to bring out the characteristics and story very well. Making the anime much lively.

However, for anime such as Demon Eye Kyo, Sailormoon, Hikaru no Go, Nana.
The manga is much better option.

1) The anime ended before it even reach the best part of the manga. OR The anime will end up draggy with long boring scene or plenty of "reflection of the past" with clips of past episodes.

It happens when the artist failed to finish the manga and storyline in time. Thus the animator have to force to end the anime or drag the anime story in order to create more time for the artist to work on the manga.

(As for Sailormoon, I find them wasting too much time on the childish repeated fights with the bad guys in the first few season, the manga on the other hand is much straight to the point, not sure if it's due to the above reason too.)

2) When the animator failed to bring out the main highlight of the story in the anime, it spoilts the whole thing. This is especially important because that's precisely why you like the story in the first place.
Some of the failure anime such as Hikaru no Go, Nana, is highly based on the thoughts and inner world of the individual characters, which the anime failed to bring out.

E.g. Talking and thinking can be shown clearly in manga as Line box or dotted line box but in anime showing what's on their mind can be relatively difficult without the voice actor/actress speaking out. But allowing the characters to talk and "speak their thoughts" at the same time can be relatively difficult in anime.

Of course, there are certain anime that does well in manga and anime such as Fruit basket, DNAngel. I love it's anime and manga story although the story might be slightly different.

As for original anime sound or dubbed?
Of course original because of the high and low pitches of the japanese which brings out the emotions really well. And the voice fits the age of the character really well most of the time unlike the dubbed, which often sounded like an adult trying to sound younger.

I will only switch to dubbed when i don't have the time to keep my eyes on the anime to read the subtitles which is less than 1% of my whole anime life..

Well, it's really depends on what is your choice, and also the qualities. In some cases, the anime is better than the manga, but mostly anime just take some chapter in manga, so we can assume that anime is not as complicated as the manga. And there is many cases when the anime is already finished when the manga still running. So, they make their own ending or just cut it off. For example, Fruits Basket and Slam Dunk. They haven't finished yet, and until now there are no second season for them. But, some anime studios prefer to wait until the manga has been published, then they produce the anime. In this case is Prince of Tennis. But I suggest you to watch anime and read manga, so you can understand better.

Between original anime and dubbed, I prefer original, because i think Japanese seiyuu can understand and voiced their characters better than foreign dubber. Also, I think in some anime if be dubbed then it will be very strange, for example character using Kansai-dialect. If it been dubbed, then the uniqueness of the characyter will be "disappear". Also the same to character using slang.

Manga is definitely more complete than anime but for those who don't like reading anime is more entertaining. I like Original anime with subtitles because I don't mind reading and I have found that much of the meanings are changed when anime is dubbed. I also like the original anime voices better. The dubbed voices mispronounce names and sound more awkward.

Original anime with English Subtitles.

I love hearing the original voices. So much more emotional than the dubbed ones. And I've noticed that actors sometimes have the tendency to over-act a scene.

First, i think that anime is better cause tha action and events look nuch better when in actual motion than on a manga, but the problem with most popular anime is fillers >:(
Secondly, original Japanese subbed anime is way better cause usually the dubbed anime have missing words, the voices sound lame and a dubbed anime loses its audio flavour (so to speak)

1. Anime is better than Manga. (but not by much because I prefer to watch instead of reading, even though I do both.)
2. Original Anime is better because Dubbed versions (most of the time) messes up the voices and bring down the show (Example: Naruto, Shaman King, Bleach...)

I'm an anime type of girl because I actually want to here what they sound like, see what they move like. I know I can imagine but still it's fun to watch anime. As Original vs. Dub. Depends I don't like the dubbed version of FMA but I love the dubbed version of golden boy.

Anime its just like da movie trying to bring da book to life to me some might disagree da manga is more set on tellin da storylines, introducin da characters, and explain da origins of da series, while anime brings it to life it may not get everything but ya get a general idea or it might drag it or try to compensate it with fights, origins, or da culture they in. Original anime with subtitls all day it just gives it more enjoyment compared to dubbed which unless they have a cool voice like Paul Dobson(Naraku of Inuyasha) or David Keith of Gargoyles.
