There's a really killer tattoo shop in Frankfurt, Germany, if you are willing to travel to get one. world famous artist named Alf owns it. Coolest shop I've ever been in.

If you are a young guy, and want to look tough,
yeah a tattoo can be good (until you're an old guy)
But if you are a female and you
want to get a tattoo, you must be phucking crazy if you
think it'll actually be appealing. It looks dirty, trashy, low class.
There is no where on a woman that a tatt looks good, imo.
The absolute worse place is on the hands, tho.

it really depends on your location. check places out. look at the work an artist has done already to see if you like their style. if they dont have an autoclave machine, do not get a tattoo there!!! autoclaves are the best thing for cleaning equipment.
