Who sung the second version of "Falling in Love"?

The first time I saw a music video of "Falling in Love" was in August 1993. It was a remake of the Elvis hit and I think it's WAY better than the A*Teens remix. What group sung it?

ub40, its was part of the soundtrack for the movie "Sliver" and the video shows footage from such movie. Willie Nelson sung it earlier...
