do you mean past tense or in the future. The way you compose your quiry it is unclear what you want...past greats...language, printing press, plumbing,
or future.... maybe the greatest thing man can ever come up with is to let the women rule the world for a while... we can't do any worse than the men have.

According to some experts, the printing press. In the old days they had to copy books by hand but the printing press changed that. It saved a lot of time for scribs and let books be spread at a much faster rate.

Written language. It is only from communication that we find peace, learn from others, and work together to advance technology and science. It gave us our printing press, our televisions, our efforts for peace, the ability to learn faster, ads to find people willing to be porn stars. The BELIEF and HOPE that will allow us to attempt the impossible- belief and hope because it hasn't been done before, to give us the courage that it can. Because most of the time that is exactly what DOES make it possible, and nothing else.
So seeing outside of who and what we are to something bigger, greater, and grander.

our own humanity. by this i mean we teach to our young but show them the oposit, we speak to them as if they dont understand , but we could take a lesson in listening,we speak of the hatered from war and violence and then complain when it becomes real.the up coming generations,only know what we teach , and our humanity needs some work to make the light be seen the way it should be.
