It would depend on the place really. In the U.S. there isn't a single state in which it is illegal for a man to wear women's clothing. Some asswipes might arrest someone though under suspition of something or inducing panic or some other ****, but that just leads to a lawsuit and some asswipe conservative officer being shitcanned, uless it's in a conservative state where discrimination is the law.

No laws prevent a man wearing women's clothing. Tell your friend to go ahead.

In some places in the US (I'm not sure whether it's nationwide, but I know we have it in Georgia), someone who is crossdressed may not enter a public restroom (basically, a guy dressed as a girl can't use a women's restroom because he's a guy and can't use the men's restroom because he's dressed as a girl). That said, this is largely unenforced, particularly if it's a single-occupant restroom.

Very very very inconvenient for transgendered individuals.

No. Unless it's identity theft. Thousands of men dress like women every day. Some make a living at it. So have a fetish that makes it feel good to wear them. Don't live by other people's rules. It's victimless.

No. It is relative whether or not clothing is gender specific in the first place. All a matter of opinions, but not the law!

if he does it in public they will most likely question him. And mostly likely it would be hard to get by with somin like that due to how people look down on it.hes bound to get negative reactions.
