Assuming you are in India, for 2.6 yrs exp :
If your exp is with a MNC or biggie then: not less than 3.5 lacs
otherwise in the range of 2.4 to 3.2 lacs

Depends on the certification You have done & the skills you may have.My guess is that you should get atleast 8,000 Rs per month if your not Certified.If your a Graduate & Certified the scenario is different depending on the Companies policies it differs.

it depends how much you were getting in previous company
if you were working as self employed then you have to start from csratch but if you are working then there should be a raise of 30% in your salary in new company. and also it depends on how much knowledge you have and how you will present yourself in interview :)
