The Dresden Dolls. While not specifically man-hating, it is like Tori Amos but way more emotional. The duet is still kind of small (they've got three albums), but it is fantastic stuff. They are very tasteful, as well. I'm a guy (last I looked...), and I even liked them. A lot of "guys are *****" songs are mixed in there, though.
